Special Strong Helping Individuals Realize Their True Potential

Fitness is not about being better than someone else. It’s about being better than you used to be.

There is no doubt in the fact that health is the ultimate wealth and that an individual’s well-being is literally the best thing one could own. A poor state can have many negative effects on one’s life. To be the master of good health, it is always apparent for individuals to maximize their focus on their regular meals. Eating healthy meals full of beneficial nutrients is always the best case, but as we focus on eating healthy snacks, one must not undervalue the pivotal role played by implementing the practice of physical exertion into our lives. The majority consider working out as a hardcore practice- a game that can only be played by muscular or brawny personalities and cannot be incorporated into the lives of regular individuals as they consider themselves much more feeble. However, witnessing the platform created by Special Strong, it is obvious that engaging in physical activity is essential for all and nullifies the mindset many have adopted regarding having a regular exercise routine being a challenging feat to accomplish.

Special Strong was formed by Daniel Stein and his wife, Trinity Stein, in 2016, with its headquarters located in McKinney, Texas. Despite there being many fitness centers in the market, what makes Special Strong the go-to place for everyone is its understanding of the intricacies faced by special individuals. This generous perspective has, in turn, led them to incorporate the latest scientific approach to fitness for individuals with physical and mental disabilities, including those suffering from conditions like Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, Parkinson’s disease, Multiple Sclerosis, and Muscular Dystrophy. The inspiration behind the organization originated from Daniel’s personal experience. He embarked on a journey to overcome his fragility after getting diagnosed with a learning disability, mood disorder, and autoimmune disease at the prime age of 21. His wise decision to engage in sports and exercise at a gym played a vital role in his transformation. Although he initially pursued a career in banking, it did not satisfy him to the core, thus not fulfilling his goals.

Finally, in the year 2011, Daniel realized his inner potential and decided to embark on a journey for the betterment of individuals like him, starting off by providing physical fitness training specifically tailored for young children, adolescents, and adults with special needs. To achieve this goal, he dedicated himself completely to obtaining multiple certifications. During this time, he successfully earned respected certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), the National Federation of Personal Trainers (NFPT), and the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM).

Finally, in 2016, Daniel and Trinity acknowledged their real vision, leading them to launch Special Strong, which stands as one of the few fitness centers in the country that specifically accommodates individuals struggling with mental, physical, and cognitive challenges. Providing people with special needs a safe haven to grow and feel a little extra special by empowering them daily with remarkable strength through their agendas.

This action, in turn, also incorporated reasonable fees so that no one struggling with health disorders feels left out.
